Serving affluent families and business owners for most of my career, I've realized they have something in common:  Whether it's a monthly phone call or semi-annual, face-to-face meeting, they expect their financial advisor to stay in touch.  My office is continually receptive to incoming calls and makes every effort to return the call the same day.
